Sock Hats!!!

OK, so I really LOVE sock hats! They are so fun, cute, and warm. I love the ones with the pom-poms hanging down on the sides! Shyloh lent me her sock hat making kit and I made a couple sock hats. I made a white hat with a black flower (complements to Shyloh for making the flower) and a black one with a white flower and white yarn sewed in and out around the whole edge. I'm going to let Shelbie wear the black one when we go snowboarding and I'm going to wear the white one. Shelbie also bought some brown yarn with speckles and asked me to make her one also with a brown flower. Daddy has put in a request for a black with orange edging and the letters SF engraved in it. If you can't tell our family (especially Daddy) are San Francisco Giants fans;) I've only finished two so far, so when i finish the others I'll post pictures of them! For now though, I've only got pictures of the ones I finished. Someday I will learn how to make the pom-pom hats and the ones with bills! Someday...someday;)

WakeUp Starlight - One Step Away

This band was made from 2 friends in Canada who met at their church youth group. They became friends by talking about there interest in music and love for God. After high school they traveled on a lot of music based mission trips and were soon given the opportunity to perform with some Christian artist such as Jars of clay and Pillar. This band is called WakeUp Starlight and this song is One Step Away. I love this song and think it's great! Hope you like it too!
