Natalie Grant & Tenth Avenue North

About a month ago I was reading the news paper and saw that Natalie Grant was going to be at the county fair, well being the kind of girl who loves music and loves going to concerts I talked Daddy into bringing me to go see her.
I saw her last November with Jeremy Camp and Bebo Norman and enjoyed her so I thought it would be fun to go see her again. So with persuading and a little talking he said he would take me and whoever else wants to go.
Well about a weed after that I was reading what day and time she would be there, and found out Tenth Avenue North was going to be with her. I had never seen them in concert, but I have heard their songs on the radio and like them a lot. I told Daddy and he was pretty excited and thought it sounded like fun. They have some songs out that I really like, such as "Healing Begins", "By Your Side", "Hold My Heart" and "House of Mirrors".
Daddy, Shelbie, Shayden, Shannen, and I went. We waited like an hour for it to start, but it was worth it. We REALLY, REALLY, REALLY, REALLY, liked Tenth Avenue North. Natalie Grant was really good also, but Tenth Avenue North was just AWESOME! The message that they had to say was just great. They were really humble and funny at the same time. Almost everything they said reflected God somehow. It was really cool.
Sorry Natalie Grant, but Tenth Avenue North has passed you up in my favorites. It now goes...
(1) Jeremy Camp, (2) Tenth Avenue North, (3) Natalie Grant, and last, but not least (4) Toby Mac. The concert was a lot of fun and it was worth the whole 9 dollars;)

Good-Bye my dear, sweet, Skittles!

This year has not been a very good pet year for our family. Our sparrows, Cater and Lily died (a week apart from each other), then that weekend our black lab Meko, that we had for almost 11 years had to be put to sleep, and then worse of all my dear, sweet, Skittles had to be put to sleep.
I had decided to go natural route with her and her tumor, but it didn't work. Her tumor just kept getting worse and worse, bigger and bigger. It got so bad that she started to squeak ever time I would pick her up. Daddy told me that it could pop if I didn't make a decision. So I prayed and made a decision. The next day Mama brought me down to get her put to sleep.
We asked about getting it removed, but the lady helping us said that her daughter had done that with hers and it came back after 6 months with a vengeance. Plus it cost a couple hundred dollars. Good-bye my dear, sweet, Skittles! I love you lots.
After we had to put Skittles to sleep a made a video in memory of her. It took me a while to gather the pictures and put it to music, but I did it.
The Life Of Skittles

Unfortunately I didn't have much pictures of her without a tumor, but I thought the ones that I had good enough.
